2. Products & Prices
- We try to show every product clearly through photos and descriptions. Colour or packaging can look slightly different in real life than on a screen.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price you see at checkout is what you pay — there are no hidden charges.
- Prices can change from time to time. Once your order is confirmed, its price stays locked for you.
- Sales and discount offers run for a limited time and can end without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
- Please double-check your name, phone number, and address before submitting an order. Correct details are the only way your parcel reaches you.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives at your door.
- After you place an order, our team calls you to confirm it. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held or cancelled.
- We may cancel an order if the details look incorrect, the phone number stays unreachable, or a promotion is being misused.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. Remote areas can take a little longer.
- Courier workload, weather, or public holidays can sometimes slow a parcel down. These things are outside our control, so delivery times are estimates, not promises.
- Giving a complete and correct address is your responsibility. If a parcel is delayed or returned because of a wrong address, Vimport cannot be held responsible.
5. Exchanges & Refunds

- You have 7 days from the day your parcel arrives to ask for an exchange
- Exchanges cover damaged, faulty, or wrong items — not a simple change of mind
- The item should be unused and in its original packing
- When a refund is approved, it reaches you within 5–7 working days
6. Our Content
Everything you see on vimport.shop — the photos, text, logo, and page design — belongs to Vimport. Please do not copy or reuse any of it on another site, page, or ad without asking us in writing first.
7. Your Side of the Deal
- Use the website honestly and only for lawful purposes
- Do not place fake orders, send spam, or share false details
- Keep your phone number and address up to date so your order can reach you
8. Limits of Our Responsibility
If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not responsible for indirect losses — for example, other costs or plans affected by a late or failed delivery.
